Bonds or notes of the district agent shall be authorized by a resolution or resolutions of the district agent and may be issued in one or more series and shall bear such dates, mature at such times, bear interest at such rates of interest per annum, be in such denominations, be in such form, either coupon or registered, carry such conversion or registration privileges, have such rank or priority, be executed in such manner, be payable from such sources and in such medium of payment at such places within or without the State, and be subject to such terms of redemption, with or without premium, as the resolution or resolutions may provide.
Nothwithstanding 1 the provisions of any other law to the contrary related to such district agent, bonds or notes of the district agent may be sold at public or private sale at such price and in such manner as the district agent shall determine. Every bond shall mature and be paid not later than 35 years from the date thereof.
Bonds or notes may be issued under the provisions of the “Revenue Allocation District Financing Act,” sections 11 through 41 of P.L.2001, c. 310 (C.52:27D-459 et seq.) without any other proceeding or the occurrence of any other conditions or other things than those proceedings, conditions or things which are specifically required by the “Revenue Allocation District Financing Act,” sections 11 through 41 of P.L.2001, c. 310 (C.52:27D-459 et seq.).
Bonds or notes of the district agent issued under the provisions of the “Revenue Allocation District Financing Act,” sections 11 through 41 of P.L.2001, c. 310 (C.52:27D-459 et seq.) shall contain a statement to the effect that they are issued pursuant to the “Revenue Allocation District Financing Act,” sections 11 through 41 of P.L.2001, c. 310 (C.52:27D-459 et seq.) and entitled to the provisions of the “Revenue Allocation District Financing Act,” sections 11 through 41 of P.L.2001, c. 310 (C.52:27D-459 et seq.).
