New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 27D-422

The commissioner or his designee shall establish a training program for county protective services provider staff which shall be offered at least annually and shall include a minimum of 90 classroom hours. This training shall be required during the first year of employment with an adult protective services provider.
