New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 27D-25x

A certificate holder shall be liable for any unprofessional conduct of an employee while acting within the scope of his employment, except that the conduct shall not be cause for suspension or revocation of a certificate, unless the commissioner determines that the certificate holder had knowledge thereof, or there is shown to have existed a pattern of unprofessional conduct.
