New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 27BB-25

Whenever the board shall be functioning as the municipal finance commission in any municipality pursuant to the provisions of law, the director may issue no order with respect to the budget or the tax ordinance or tax levy of such municipality pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-four of this act,  1 except upon the direction of such board so functioning.
