New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 18A-89.6

The director shall report the results of the investigation to the Governor and the Legislature not later than January 15 of each year. The report shall include but not be limited to the names and addresses of all United States corporations operating in Northern Ireland in which the assets of any pension or annuity fund are invested, and the findings of the director relative to those corporations' adherence to the standards for corporate activity set forth in section 2 of this act.  1 The director shall also report his recommendations, if any, based upon the findings of the investigation. The report shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the General Assembly and of the Secretary of the Senate and in the office of the director.
