New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 18A-259

The State Treasurer, in consultation with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, or the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority as to projects to be financed through the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority, shall post on the Department of the Treasury's official website the status of each public-private partnership agreement subject to the State Treasurer's consideration, review, amendment, or approval, indicating the status of each agreement by designating it as a proposed, under review, or active public-private partnership project.
