All Executive Branch departments and State agencies are directed to cooperate fully with the Office of Information Technology and the Chief Technology Officer to implement the provisions of sections 6 through 16 of P.L.2007, c. 56 (C.52:18A-224 through C.52:18A-234) and to ensure effective use of information technology within the Executive Branch of State Government.
The Governor shall define and establish the overall direction, standards, and priorities for the information technology community in the Executive Branch of State Government.
