a. The Chief Technology Officer shall provide periodic reports to the Governor, and shall issue an annual report to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c. 164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature regarding the information technology operations of the Executive Branch of State Government and the activities of the Office of Information Technology.
b. The annual report shall be issued on or before September 30 of each year, and shall be made available to the public.
