New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 16A-26.7

Participation in the cultural activities of a designated State or regional center shall not preclude an organization or individual from being eligible for a grant of fellowships awarded by the council pursuant to P.L.1966, c. 214 (C.52:16A-25 et seq.) nor shall it mandate or influence the awarding of additional grants of fellowships by the council.
