New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 14F-20

The Office of Administrative Law shall have authority to establish filing fees, payable by the applicant, necessary to administer the Smart Growth Unit, including the direct and indirect costs for personnel, operating expenses, equipment and activities of the Smart Growth Unit. These filing fees shall be published in the New Jersey Register and shall be effective upon publication therein.
