New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 14-17.46.11

All provisions of P.L.1961, c. 49 (C.52:14-17.25 et seq.) applicable to the State Health Benefits Program shall, except as expressly stated in the School Employees' Health Benefits Program Act, be construed as applicable to participating employers and to their employees and to dependents of such employees, and to retirees and to dependents of such retirees, in the School Employees' Health Benefits Program.
