New Jersey Statutes Title 52. State Government, Departments and Officers 52 § 13C-23a

In addition to any fee collected pursuant to subsection j. of section 6 of P.L.1971, c. 183 (C.52:13C-23), the commission shall establish and collect no later than January 31 of each year a $100 fee from each governmental affairs agent for deposit into the General Fund. Such moneys shall be allocated annually by the Legislature for use by the commission.
