New Jersey Statutes Title 51. Standards, Weights, Measures and Containers 51 § 13-3

Within 18 months of the effective date of this act, the Bureau of Fire Safety in the Department of Community Affairs shall, pursuant to the provisions of the “Administrative Procedure Act,” P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. The rules and regulations so promulgated shall include, but not be limited to, standards for the design and construction of child resistant lighters.
