New Jersey Statutes Title 50. Shellfish 50 § 3-16.19

No shellfish shall be dredged for or harvested in Areas Nos. 2 and 3 except between sunrise and sunset on the days of the week, except Saturdays and Sundays, during the months beginning with the month of October in one year and ending with the month of April in the next year.
