Each municipality, in which the Amusement Games Licensing Law 1 shall be operative, shall file with the commissioner a copy of each ordinance enacted pursuant thereto, within 10 days after the same is adopted, and on or before February 1 in each year, or at any other time or times which the commissioner may determine, make report to the commissioner of the number of licenses issued therein under said law, and the names and addresses of the licensees, the aggregate amount of license fees collected, the names and addresses of all persons detected of violation of said law or of the rules and regulations made by the commissioner pursuant hereto, and of all persons prosecuted for such violations and the result of each such prosecution, and the penalties imposed therein, during the preceding calendar year, or the period for which the report is required, as well as such other data or information as may from time to time be required by the rules and regulations of the commissioner, which report may contain any recommendations for improvement of said law or the administration thereof, which the governing body of the municipality shall deem to be desirable.
