New Jersey Statutes Title 5. Amusements, Public Exhibitions and Meetings 5 § 7-16

The department is authorized and directed, insofar as possible, to utilize the services of employees of the several divisions of the department to perform the functions and duties charged to it under this act and to appoint and remove, subject to the provisions of Title 11  1 of the Revised Statutes, such additional personnel necessary to assist it in the performance of the duties imposed by this act.
