New Jersey Statutes Title 5. Amusements, Public Exhibitions and Meetings 5 § 5-137

It shall be lawful for the off-track wagering licensee to conduct off-track simulcasting at the off-track wagering facility with all in-State sending tracks and with any out-of-State sending track in accordance with the provisions of this act and applicable regulations which the commission may promulgate.
