The commission shall review the programs funded by the Casino Revenue Fund, established pursuant to section 145 of P.L.1977, c. 110 (C. 5:12-145), and make recommendations to the Legislature annually or more often, if necessary, concerning existing or proposed programs or legislation and the expenditure of these funds. The commission also shall evaluate the need for existing, additional or expanded programs which may be funded from the Casino Revenue Fund and shall advise the Legislature accordingly.
