New Jersey Statutes Title 5. Amusements, Public Exhibitions and Meetings 5 § 10A-36

All assessments levied under section 35 of P.L.2015, c. 19 (C.5:10A-35) for any improvement shall, in each case, be as nearly as may be in proportion to, and not in excess of, the benefit, advantage, or increase in value which respective lots and parcels of land shall be deemed to receive by reason of such improvement.
