New Jersey Statutes Title 5. Amusements, Public Exhibitions and Meetings 5 § 10-6.3

The sports authority is hereby authorized to acquire, finance through the issuance of bonds or notes, construct, operate and perform such other functions as provided in P.L.1971, c. 167 (C.5:10-1 et seq.) regarding the Wildwood convention center facility authorized herein. The sports authority shall have sole responsibility to provide for the acquisition, financing through the issuance of bonds or notes and construction and operation of the Wildwood convention center facility within the district. Further, the authority in existence on July 1, 1997 may advise the sports authority with regard to the Wildwood convention center facility.
