New Jersey Statutes Title 48. Public Utilities 48 § 5A-32

To enable the office to perform its lawful duties and responsibilities relating to the regulation of CATV companies, the director shall annually make an assessment against each CATV company, which shall be in lieu of all other fees and charges for the regulatory and supervisory functions of the office, except those fees imposed pursuant to sections 16, 17 and 18 of this act.  1
