The county recording officer of each county of this state shall give a receipt to each person delivering any deed or conveyance or other instrument mentioned in section 46:19-1 of this title to him for record, stating therein the time when it was delivered to him or brought to his office to be recorded, its date, the names of the parties thereto, and the place where the real estate or other property therein specified is situate.
