New Jersey Statutes Title 46. Property .46 § 16-4.2

There may be recorded as provided in paragraph one a certified copy under the seal of any district court of the United States a copy of documents filed in any district court of the United States in any proceedings for the reorganization of a railroad under section seventy-seven of chapter eight of the acts of Congress relating to bankruptcy,  1 and any such certified copy of such document when so recorded shall be constructive notice to any purchaser mortgagee, or lienor of real estate of the debtor in reorganization, in such county, of the contents of such document; and such documents shall be indexed by the name of the debtor in reorganization under “grantors” and by the name of the trustee in reorganization under said section seventy-seven under “grantees.”
