Copies of the minutes of the Superior Court in proceedings to establish by judgment deeds or other instruments containing or affecting title to real estate or other property pursuant to chapter forty-seven of the Title, Administration of Civil and Criminal Justice, of the New Jersey Statutes (§ 2A:47-1 et seq.) may be recorded in the manner and with the effect provided by section 2A:47-3 of that Title.
