New Jersey Statutes Title 46. Property 46 § 3B-8.3

The files maintained pursuant to section 2 of this act  1 shall be open to inspection by the public at any time during regular business hours at the department's main office and at any other location at which the commissioner may direct duplicate files to be maintained. Copies of information derived from these files shall be available, upon payment of fees sufficient to defray the cost of preparing and distributing those copies, to any person requesting them.
