New Jersey Statutes Title 46. Property 46 § 3A-4

Nothing contained in either section two or section three of this act  1 shall be construed or taken to authorize any person to make any survey within the certain or reputed bounds of any survey or resurvey made and entered on record pursuant to the provisions of the act mentioned in said section three, any large or overplus measure therein contained, notice given as required by said section two, deficiency of rights or other plea to the contrary notwithstanding.
