New Jersey Statutes Title 45. Professions and Occupations 45 § 8B-56

The committee shall organize within 30 days after the appointment of its members and shall annually elect from its members a chairperson and a vice-chairperson, and may appoint a secretary, who need not be a member of the committee. The committee shall meet at least twice a year and may hold additional meeting as necessary to discharge its duties. A majority of the committee membership shall constitute a quorum.
