New Jersey Statutes Title 45. Professions and Occupations 45 § 8B-16

Any person already licensed or certified by January 1, 1970 in the State in a professional discipline cited in section 15a,  1 and under the provisions of section 15b is deemed qualified as a marriage counselor.
