a. The board shall provide a pressure seal to a Master HVACR contractor at the time of the issuance of a license or as soon thereafter as deemed appropriate by the board. No pressure seal shall be provided by the board or retained by a Master HVACR contractor unless the Master HVACR contractor complies with the provisions of sections 23 and 24 of this act. 1 The Master HVACR contractor shall pay the cost of the pressure seal, but the seal shall remain the property of the board. The pressure seal shall be surrendered to the board immediately upon suspension, revocation or expiration of the license or upon a finding of noncompliance with the provisions of section 24 of this act.
b. A Master HVACR contractor shall impress his pressure seal upon all applications for HVACR permits from the appropriate duly licensed State inspection agency.
c. A pressure seal shall be used exclusively by a Master HVACR contractor or in the conduct of the Master HVACR contractor's practice. A Master HVACR contractor shall not willfully or negligently allow any person to use his pressure seal.
