Any Chief Justice or associate justice of the new Supreme Court or judge of the Superior Court, who hereafter retires under the provisions of P.L.1963, chapter 183, 1 as amended by P.L.1964, chapter 216, 2 or of P.L.1964, chapter 135, 3 shall receive the same pension payments as if his retirement were made pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1948, chapter 391, as amended by this act. 4
