New Jersey Statutes Title 43. Pensions and Retirement and Unemployment Compensation 43 § 10-29.5

No adjustment shall be made beyond those permitted to be made for pensioners in State administered retirement systems, as promulgated by the Director of the Division of Pensions in accordance with the provisions of the “Pension Increase Act” (P.L.1958, c. 143). 1
