New Jersey Statutes Title 41. Oaths and Affidavits 41 § 2-3.2

State detectives and investigators assigned to the Division of Criminal Justice or the Division of State Police may administer oaths, if the oaths are administered only in relation to a matter involving a violation or an attempted violation of the criminal laws of this State.
