Every law enforcement officer in the State, including any authorized officer of the commission, conservation police officers of the Division of Fish and Wildlife, and park police officers and law enforcement operation officers of the Division of Parks and Forestry within the Department of Environmental Protection, and other designated officers and employees of the department shall enforce P.L.1973, c. 307 (C.39:3C-1 et seq.) within their respective jurisdictions.
