New Jersey Statutes Title 39. Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulation 39 § 3-27.63

Application for issuance of a United States Olympic license plate shall be made to the division on forms and in a manner as may be prescribed by the director. In order to be deemed complete, an application shall be accompanied by a fee of $50, in addition to any other fees required by law for the registration of the motor vehicle.

An annual fee of $10 shall be charged for the renewal of a United States Olympic license plate in addition to any other fees required by law. Applicants for a United States Olympic license plate shall be advised of the annual $10 renewal fee at the time of initial application.
