A person which sells new automobiles under an agreement with an automobile manufacturer and does not satisfy the equipment requirements of section 7 of this amendatory and supplementary act may qualify for an automobile dealer sublet license provided that the automobile dealer agrees in the sublet license application to use only auto body repair facilities licensed pursuant to the provisions of section 7 of this amendatory and supplementary act to perform auto body repairs.
