The Adjutant General of the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs and the Deputy Commissioner of Veterans' Affairs, on behalf of the World War II Memorial Commission established pursuant to Executive Order No. 107 of 2004 by Governor McGreevey, may solicit and accept donations or grants of money or property from any source for the purposes of the World War II Memorial and may distribute appropriations made by law for that purpose. Any donations or grants received shall be credited to the World War II Veterans' Memorial Fund created in section 1 of this act. 1
