New Jersey Statutes Title 38. Militia Soldiers, Sailors and Marines 38 § 23B-1

The purposes of this act  1 are to make it possible for certain qualified veterans to obtain: a. venture capital, at low rates of interest, which may be necessary to establish or re-establish themselves in a business or profession; and b. loans, at low rates of interest, which may be necessary to enable them to purchase household furnishings and household appliances required by them for use in their homes.
