New Jersey Statutes Title 36. Legal Holidays 36 § 2-154

The Governor is respectfully requested to annually issue a proclamation recognizing March as “Childhood Obesity Prevention Month” in New Jersey calling upon public officials and citizens of this State to observe the month with appropriate activities and programs, and to coordinate their activities and programs with those annually planned for National Nutrition Month.
