a. September 15 through October 15 of each year is designated as Hispanic Heritage Month in New Jersey in order to recognize the enormous contributions Hispanic people have made to this State and country throughout our history.
b. The Governor and Legislature of the State shall annually call upon the people of this State to acknowledge this designation each year with appropriate events and activities.
