The Department of State shall post, within 60 days after the date of enactment of this act, 1 and maintain on its Internet website a list of the specific days, weeks, or months designated by State law for special commemorations each year, consistent with its mission to advance the cultural and historical heritage of the State and encourage the civic engagement of State residents.
