New Jersey Statutes Title 34. Labor and Workmen's Compensation 34 § 1B-7.34

The authority shall enter into agreements with participating banks and boat manufacturers or distributors qualified pursuant to subsection d. of section 5 of this act  1 to use the moneys from the guarantee fund to guarantee direct loans or revolving lines of credit provided by participating banks to finance the costs of such qualified boat manufacturers or distributors. The agreements shall provide that the loans or lines of credit for financing the costs of eligible boat manufacturers or distributors shall come from participating banks. The agreements shall also provide for any other terms or conditions which the authority and the participating banks stipulate to as being necessary or desirable to make loans, establish and extend lines of credit, guarantee loans and otherwise effectuate the purpose of the program.
