The New Jersey Ignite Program is hereby established as a program under the jurisdiction of the authority. The purpose of the program shall be to foster early stage innovation economy businesses and to help those businesses overcome barriers to commercial success. The authority shall structure the program as a public-private partnership through which the authority provides start-up rent grants to collaborative workspaces, certified pursuant to section 95 of P.L.2020, c. 156 (C.34:1B-359), to support the early months of an early stage innovation economy business's rent at the collaborative workspace.
