New Jersey Statutes Title 34. Labor and Workmen's Compensation 34 § 1B-21.3

For the purposes of sections 1 through 15 of this act:  1

“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Insurance.

“Division of Motor Vehicles Surcharge Fund” or “DMV Surcharge Fund” means the fund created pursuant to section 12 of this act.  2

“Market Transition Facility” or “facility” means the Market Transition Facility created pursuant to section 88 of P.L.1990, c. 8 (C.17:33B-11).

“Market Transition Facility Revenue Fund” or “Facility Revenue Fund” means the fund created pursuant to section 7 of this act.  3

“New Jersey Economic Development Authority” or “authority” means the New Jersey Economic Development Authority created pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1974, c. 80 (C.34:1 B-4).
