Within two years of the effective date of P.L.2003, c. 182 (C.34:1B-178 et al.), the authority shall submit a written report to the Governor and the Legislature describing the status of the program, the demand for the program, the total amount of financial assistance awarded by the authority from the program and an assessment of the success of the program in meeting the goals of this act and any recommendations for improving the operation and effectiveness of the program.
