New Jersey Statutes Title 34. Labor and Workmen's Compensation 34 § 1A-1.2

On and after the effective date of this 2004 amendatory and supplementary act, the Department of Labor shall be entitled and known as the Department of Labor and Workforce Development and whenever, in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise, reference is made to the Department of Labor, the same shall mean and refer to the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
