New Jersey Statutes Title 34. Labor and Workmen's Compensation 34 § 11A-15

An employer in this State who provides health benefits coverage to his employees or their dependents for treatment of biologically-based mental illness shall annually, and upon request of an employee at other times during the year, notify his employees whether the employees' coverage for treatment of biologically-based mental illness is subject to the requirements of this act.
