New Jersey Statutes Title 34. Labor and Workmen's Compensation 34 § 11-56a28

This act shall supplement the provisions of article 2 of chapter 11 of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes.  1 Nothing herein shall be deemed to supersede any of the provisions of said article 2 of chapter 11, of Title 34, except insofar as the wages entitled to be received by any employee under the provisions of this act and the regulations and wage orders issued thereunder exceed the wages such employee is entitled to receive under the provisions of said article 2, of chapter 11, of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes and the regulations and wage orders issued pursuant thereto.
