During the term of a contract or agreement between a brewer and a wholesaler subject to this act, the wholesaler shall, in accordance with the reasonable standards of such contract or agreement, as reasonably relied upon by the wholesaler, enforced without discriminatory intent and in good faith, and uniformly applicable to similarly situated distributors, maintain physical facilities, equipment and personnel so that the product and brand of the brewer are properly represented in the territory of the wholesaler, the reputation and trade name of the brewer are reasonably protected, and the public is served.
