New Jersey Statutes Title 33. Intoxicating Liquors 33 § 1-4.1

All fees and penalties collected by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control pursuant to the provisions of Title 33 of the Revised Statutes shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit in a special nonlapsing fund. Monies in the fund shall be used exclusively for the operation of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Bureau in the Division of State Police and the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control and for reimbursement of all additional costs of enforcement of the provisions of Title 33 incurred by the Department of Law and Public Safety.
