New Jersey Statutes Title 32. Interstate and Port Authorities and Commissions 32 § 3-13.36

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law or of the compact or agreement being supplemented by this act, no additional legislative authority or approval shall be deemed to be necessary or required before the Delaware River Port Authority may proceed with the projects authorized by section 1 of this act.  1

(b) In effectuating the purposes authorized by this act, the Delaware River Port Authority shall have all of the powers granted to it by the compact or agreement hereby supplemented by this act.
